Order details and Shipping:
We offer free shipping throughout India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via reputed courier services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message along with your tracking number.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We currently ship only within India.
Cancellations:
Shipped orders, cannot be cancelled once placed and paid for. However, you can cancel the order within 4 hours of placing it.

In rare cases (e.g., product out of stock or pricing error), we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy:
We do not offer returns. However, if your wallet has a manufacturing issue, we will gladly provide a replacement.
Replacements are offered for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the description. However, we do not accept returns for variations in color, texture, or other visual differences that naturally occur in materials like leather and handcrafted goods.
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and arrange a pick-up if eligible. For non-serviceable PIN codes, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product to our warehouse.
Replacements will not be processed if the damage/issue is reported after 48 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Not Covered Under This Policy:
• Products used or tampered with before raising a claim
• General dissatisfaction with color, size, or grain variations
• Improper handling by customer after delivery
• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
