By accessing this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them under the applicable laws of India.
1. Eligibility to Use
- You must be at least 13 years old to place an order.
- If you are under 18, you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Product Information
- All our products are handcrafted and made from natural and artificial materials like Leather, cotton and nylon.
- Slight variations in texture, color, and grain are natural and are not considered defects.
- Product images are for representation only. Final products may slightly differ.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST and basic shipping charges.
- Betdesign.co reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
- We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI / Credit / Debit Cards / Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select pin codes (COD fees may apply)
4. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
- Once you place an order and payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via Email or Whatsapp.
- Shipped orders, cannot be cancelled once placed and paid for. However, you can cancel the order within 4 hours of placing it. To cancel the order that hasn’t been shipped and is within the 4 hour window, you can drop us an e-mail at contactus.bet@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp message on this number 9582307964.
- In case of pricing errors or system failures, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via reputed courier services.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- We currently ship only within India.
6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns. However, if your wallet has a manufacturing issue, we will gladly provide a replacement.
Replacements are offered for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the description. However, we do not accept returns for variations in color, texture, or other visual differences that naturally occur in materials like leather and handcrafted goods.
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
However, we do offer replacements for products, subject to the conditions below:
- If your item is damaged or has manufacturing issues when you receive it:

Leave us a WhatsApp message on this number (9582307964) (within 48 hours of delivery) along with the below mentioned details. - Include the following details:
- Your order number, name and contact details
- Clear videos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- We will review your request and arrange a pick-up if eligible. For non-serviceable PIN codes, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product to our warehouse.
- Replacements will not be processed if the damage is reported after 48 hours.
Not Covered Under This Policy
- General dissatisfaction with color, size, or grain variations
- Improper handling by customer after delivery
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
- Products used or tampered with before raising a claim
7. Cancellations
- Shipped orders, cannot be cancelled once placed and paid for. However, you can cancel the order within 4 hours of placing it. - In rare cases (e.g., product out of stock or pricing error), we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by Indian law:
- BET shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the item purchased or its replacement.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including images, text, logos, and product names is the property of BET – Better Everyday Things and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reuse or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh.
